No rain this time, just cumulus clouds on a warm English summer's day in July 2015. David Woods flies his Aresti 2M again at Ivinghoe Beacon. A Sony NEX6 was mounted on a Soloshot 'tracker', on a tripod, for the static shots and the Mobius Action camera was mounted in three different positions on the model; this compilation video therefore is an abstract of three flights totalling over 30 mins of aerial footage. At some time in the future, weather permitting, there should be a video of the Aresti 2M's big brother, the Aresti 108".
Top tip: Butterfly/Crow Braking on the Aresti can be surprisingly effective and virtually stop the model in a wind so a landing in the 'rough' rather than the sun and wind dried and hardened chalk of England's downland is recommended.
