Vail Daily On the Hill correspondent John LaConte reports from the Chair 2 area of Vail Mountain, which just reopened to hikers and bikers after being closed due to helicopter work that was assisting the Chair 2 upgrade, which will improve uphill capacity on the Avanti Express by 30 percent during the 2015-16 winter season.
