The film focuses on The LOW Museum, located in downtown Atlanta. The gallery was started by three artists (Pastiche, Theodore & Jordan) who turned their residential home into the exhibition space. The museum is dedicated to underground art scenes in the city, it provides a nurturing and encouraging space for young artists to showcase their work.
In the documentary LOW founders visit WRAS 88.5 college radio station to discuss their mission and to learn more about the station's current situation. The following day Jordan presents his work, a collection of interactive sculptural installations made from found objects at the LOW.
