He advocates an unconditional basic income.
Zhiyuan thinks that the meanstesting that is experienced in the Social systems in Western contries today is an invasion of privacy. As he say, an unconditional basic income could be both more effective and more humane. The unconditional basic income can be a downright logical way forward for China.
