Harry Truman replacing Henry Wallace as Roosevelt’s Vice President during his fourth term shifted US leadership in a major way. There is a focus on the relationship between the US and the Soviet Union and the beginnings of the Cold War. Further, the relationship between Roosevelt, Stalin and Churchill seemed to influence a part of the post-war Europe division at the Yalta conference.
