Poetry in Motion based on Robert Frost's "The Road Not Taken" was created by stop motion animation.
How it was made: On a 3 X 10 foot sheet of paper, chosen words were composed to create two separate paths. The two paths were created in their own distinct typographic personalities which eventually mesh together to reveal a mix of styles forming the word, "difference".
The composition was shot frame by frame with a Nikon D80, tearing away the sheets of paper (working backwards). Frames were put into Final Cut Pro and reversed to show the creation of the composition.
