For some reason or another I decided to drag my parents video camera to a few local hardcore shows in the summer of 1992. One such show was an all local band Saturday matinee at the Scrapyard on Main Street in Buffalo. The bill was Nothing, Childish Intent, Crop Dogs, Slugfest and Against All Hope.
If memory serves me correctly and going by the flyer for this show, Power Trip was originally suppost to play this show but dropped off for some reason and Slugfest took their spot as direct support for Against All Hope's headlining gig.
Slugfest's "Music To Dance To" demo was still fairly new at the time and was becoming a favorite of mine so I decided to roll some tape on their set. Slugfest had been know to play cover songs during their set but at this show they opened up with Sick Of It All's "Clobberin' Time" and Judge's "Fed Up!"
Just another golden hardcore moment. Glad I was able to capture it on tape.
