Getting ready to celebrate 100 years of women's voting rights for the 2020 suffrage centennial is underway NOW. A great way to spread the word is through storytelling, and the "Spirit of 1776" suffrage storytelling series shows that the activism of a century ago could be a family affair. Follow Bess who's telling the story about her best friend, Edna May Buckman who meets young Wilmer Kearns at an art exhibit in 1903 and the plot thicks from there. It's all about having fun, learning about American history and making the link to today.
