GH1 hacked firmware summer 2010 episode 1
I've just bought a Fujia CCTV C-mount 35mm 1.7 on Ebay for 30$, no vignetting but you have a "tilt shift effect" because of the lens' poor quality :)
This is the first episode of summer tests with the hack firmware. Shoot in Bordeaux, Hossegor (french atlantic west coast) and french countryside (Corrèze).
Since I've hacked my GH1, two mains problems have appeared :
1- I can't edit anymore on Premiere CS5 (on a Mac Book Pro unibody end 2008 with 4 Go of RAM), there is too much bit rate for native editing, so I have to edit with FCP trough "Log and transfert" in Apple Pro Res
2- I can't shoot on 720P under 100 shutter speed because of awfull mud problems.... Wich is a problem when I want to have more light...

C-mount no name C-mount CCTV 35mm 1.7 for the 1st part
