Lots of things can go wrong when you're buying a house. Especially during the home showing process. Realtor's get calls from clients they don't know, and go into homes they're unfamiliar with. And they usually do it alone. We created this video, with NAR's agency, so that consumers would know why realtors do some things the way they do. Like asking to meet at their office first, or avoiding spaces like attics and basements.
It was so successful, it won Best Association Video at the Internet Advertising Competition.
