Dance Contest Challenge!

Hi, I'm Sohaila, so I am so excited about what I'm about to share with you today. I am making a contest! What type of contest you ask…..well, this is going to be a dance contest, no not like a competition but a fun dance contest.

So here is what your challenge will be to get started in this contest.

Now if you are in my dance and fitness classes now, you might know what Im going to say!

You need to go to the grocery store and walk down the aisle dancing! You heard it! You can dance your NewVo fitness moves or any belly dance moves that you have been learning in class!

This is going to be so much, it’s going to make you feel alive and invigorated. Just think, you might get some stares, but you will be having fun and probably putting smiles on peoples faces and yours too!!!!!

Now, I am going to have this going for one month starting now! Today is September 3rd.

Here are the rules..what theres rules, yes, there is!

Okay, so the first is, your upload has to be at least one minute long if you go just a tad over thats okay.

You must where your hip scarf

You can wear your sohaila wear if you want but you don't have to, go ahead and where what ever it is that you where to go to the grocery store!

Suggestion on filming, have someone film it as you are dancing down the aisle.

You can be shopping at the same time. For instance, you might need that box of cereal on the top shelf, bust into a move to get that box of cereal, or perhaps your can of veggies are down at the bottom shelf, awe thats too bad, but bust out a fun move to pick up that can!

Of course these are just some suggestions, but what I want you to do is think outside the box and have fun.

Now no vulgar moves whatsoever, only moves that you have been learning in your NewVo fitness classes and your belly dance classes okay!

The person with the most likes at the end of the month will get…..drum role please……a half our one to one private lesson from me! Is that too cool or what. This is a 150.00 value!.

If you aren't in the area, no worries, we will Skype together!!!!

So get your friends on the fun maybe they too want to participate, this is open to everyone.
