Steering Committee Co-Chair Larry Potell outlines the unacceptable manner in which Metro subverted standard citizen and homeowner protections during the planning process of the CP Raymer to CP Bernson Double Track Project in order to obtain “approval” based on misrepresentations and fabrications. We believe the available proof leads any reasonable person to conclude that the entire project rests on a foundation of dishonesty and obfuscation.
