In the reworking of her autobiographical feature documentary My Private Life about the effects of her father's unacknowledged sexuality on her Jewish family My Private Life II is a split screen view of the turbulent marriage, divorce, and old age, of her parents. Fictionalised enactments, voice-overs, home movies and a woman’s hands building a fragile model house, give glimpses of a complicated and turbulent family history.
