Rising Tide Capital's co-founder and COO Alex Forrester pitched his way to a $50,000 first prize during the Q Conference in Los Angeles in 2013.
He was one of 12 nonprofit entrepreneurs in the Praxis Accelerator Program which supports business and social entrepreneurs who are motivated by their faith to advance the common good.
