Do you know what Tsampa is? It's... it's.. uhm... It's roasted barley something.
We thought the Tibetans' way of making it was boring, so we added a bunch more butter and sugar. It became our daily breakfast, mostly because it's all we could find for food other than instant noodles.
(By the way, this was at about 4200m elevation, so that's the explanation for the heavy breathing you can hear from whoever was holding the camera at the time!)
