The Bluff is a small BC ski area in Victoria Australia that sits on top of a large band of rambling cliffs about 4 kms long. It dosent have the longest runs or a huge amount of vertical but the walk up is amazing. As you scramble up through the cliff bands it is hard not to stop and look at the majestic views over the Howqua valley to Mt Buller and north towards the high plains.
One of the great things about the runs is SW load up the gullys as the snow gets blown up and over the cliff face and gets caught by the trees on the other side.
Its about a 3 hour drive from Melbourne and then a reasonably serious 1.5km walk to the top.
