The goal of this webinar is to illustrate ways that the pharmacy team can be utilized to enhance the patient self-reported experience on HCAHPS. With over 21% of the survey dealing with medication use, the pharmacy team can have a significant impact on the overall HCAHPS score. Specific examples of innovative pharmacy services that not only improve HCAHPS scores but also improve the overall patient experience related to pharmacy services will be provided.
