We have been proud supporters of the Lord's Taverners charity for many years. This film captures the 'foody' five who successfully bid at last year's Liverpool fundraising event to be part of a unique butchery and cooking masterclass. Generous bidders spent the morning with renowned butcher Callum Edge learning how to cut and prepare different meats whilst the afternoon saw the party move to Paul Askew's restaurant 'The Art School' and cook up a culinary delight of seven courses! The day was such a success that both Paul and Callum have agreed to do it again. A shortened version of the film will be shown at the 2015 Liverpool Sporting Dinner in December to help raise more funds for a very worthwhile charity.
