Abstract: Four separate Connected Multicultural Learning (CML) experiences were implemented across classes in four countries. We will discuss our experience and the trade-offs associated with conducting the CMLs in two environments: 1) where students have the flexibility to select which web tools they want to use to collaborate; 2) when students are asked to use the same social learning tool which conserves and reveals interactions between students during the CML.
