"And other ways for her to be QUIET" is an examination in the subservient ways that women are silenced in contemporary society. When she speaks she can only utter the words in her oppressor's language. This dance is a snapshot of the moment she realizes that the control she has over her body, environment, or experiences is not real. A person who is grappling in the dark trying to find something to hold on to; violently torn and twisted from her direction. She is living in a world without reason.
