Software for environment designers
Shuffle is a type of prototyping software that merges physical and digital modeling of spaces. The project is a response to the current types of modeling that are widely used by designers and a critique of the issues that exist in those programs and approaches. This merging of the physical and digital into a hybrid software highlights the advantages of 2D and 3D prototyping and allows both types of models to inform each other through the utilization of projection mapping. The integration of both modeling approaches creates an opportunity for designers to make more informed design decisions and aids the iterative process.
