This last year I have been working a lot more on 5 club backcrosses then I have done before. My backcrosses has been at the same level for years so I thought I had to learn for real.
I have been asking around for tips and exercises from different people and this is the exercises and tips that has helped me get further with my backcrosses. So I will share it with you all if you are interested. I thought that I would have been happy to find a video like this so I made one for anyone who is in the same situation as I was! J
And I’m still learning and can not do all exercises perfectly but I still feel they help me get better.
