Make Believe has operated for eleven years teaching children to learn, perform, achieve and most importantly enjoy themselves in a safe and secure environment. The Make Believe Foundation was set up to provide the same opportunity to children who may not have the chance to participate in our schools or others similar due to disabilities such as Autism, Aspergers and Down's Syndrome. Right from the very beginning, Make Believe has been active in raising funds and awareness for various children's charities, in particular Kith & Kids (kithandkids.org) which shares our ethos and is a leading charity in helping young people realise and develop their potential. By launching the Make Believe Foundation, which will be a not-for-profit (NFP) organisation, we will be able to provide the appropriate facilities and support in our performing arts classes set up especially for those living with disabilities. It is our aim to draw upon every child's potential and inspire them to dream it, do it, believe it, no matter their personal circumstances. There is a star in every child that is just waiting to be discovered!
