The Mass Audubon Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary consists of nearly one-thousand acres of diverse woodlands, marshes, and barrier beach habitats that are home to many native and migratory bird species. Our short film depicts both the external beauty, and the inside story of the community leader in conservation and endangered species management on Outer Cape Cod.
"The Sanctuary" was created as a visitor center film, as well as a capital campaign fundraising tool. As a communication piece, it captures the essence of a very special place as told via the actions and words of Sanctuary scientists, educators and volunteers.
“The perception of landscape, and how to describe it, is best left to the artist in all of us.”
