This was a FumeFX simulation controlled by particle simulation. 5 particles emit tons of particles when they collide with the ground.
There is this ugly frame where the illuminatoin map got screwed up. I could fix it, but i only have one computer at home and am working on tons of stuff. In a real production I'd totally fix that.
It could use about double the resolution, but I couldn't sim longer than one night (for my own sanity).
