The JLN Provider Payment Mechanism (PPM) technical initiative launched a “Spotlight Series on Provider Payment” to share experience on the how-to of implementing effective provider payment systems. Kicking off the series, the JLN PPM Initiative and the National Health Insurance Administration (NHIA) of Taiwan hosted a webinar where Mr. Lin-Yi Liu, the Chief of the Global Budget section at the NHIA, shared experience implementing Taiwan’s global budget system.
