Steven Heller is the co-chair of the MFA Design / Designer as Author + Entrepreneur program at the School of Visual Arts in NYC. He writes for The Atlantic and Wired and The Daily Heller / Imprint online. He has written more than 170 books on graphic design, illustration and political art. Heller is the recipient of the Art Directors Club Special Educators Award, the AIGA Medal for Lifetime Achievement and the 2011 National Design Award for “Design Mind.”
Slanted (David) took oneself to New York (Goliath) in September 2015 to meet the young generation and world-stars of designers, typographers and artists who witness and shape the transition of the city.
