Is it normal to run a marathon... as a warm up?

"Run, Pharm Boy, Run!" is a short documentary profiling Charles Wickersham, pharmacist and ultrarunner, as he undertakes the San Francisco One Day race. The One Day is a 24 hour race run annually at Crissy Field next to the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.

Shot entirely on a Canon 5DmkII. Dual system sound recorded on a Zoom H4n and synced via Pluraleyes. All location audio & interviews used the H4n built-in mics, home interview miked with a Countryman B6. Edited in Final Cut Pro, color correction in Color.
