Bison, Mirvac and AGL formed an exciting partnership to produce this new time lapse documentary movie set in the heart of Melbourne's corporate precinct. Developing two new prime office buildings at both 699 Bourke Street and 664 Collins Street this project rose from the iconic curves of the Southern Cross Station rooftop.
Located above the city’s largest transit terminal, the development is in close proximity to transport and amenity, and designed to offer up to 45,000sqm of exceptional workspace. Multiple time lapse camera's captured the first 12 storey office building that occupies the northern end of the deck, with a frontage to the Bourke Street Bridge. The new home of AGL Energy, it is proudly committed to a 5-Star NABERS rating and targeting a 6-Star Green Star rating.
