This promo is part of a larger fictitious network rebrand for Cartoon Network. All as huge fans of animation, we believe there should be avenue for just cartoons without the need for live action. Playing with the idea of 'toons' being out of work. We are putting them on the streets in situations, both funny and harsh, that closely mirror the current economic situation. This project is a collaborative effort created by the students within the Visual Effects and Motion Graphics Production Class at the Art Institute of Portland.
