On November 16, 2015, a lightning bolt called Bo Bech struck the Flatiron District, floored a six-top and electrified an NYC food scene many thought had seen it all.
Follow his week of adventures with author/sommelier Jason Tesauro, who introduced to danish superstar chef Bo Bech to the millers, distillers, growers and farmers of Virginia. After hunting and gathering from river to city to mountain, Bo presented these regional groceries at his first pop-up inside the kitchen at Cosme restaurant.
