Produced in 2008 and 9, this venture was quite the undertaking as far as the scope of the project. It had its moments of victory, especially the more involved production of the "party" scene. I had quite a bit of technical hands on deck for that, and a very cooperative group from the campus Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE). Thank you.
But the post was where the real work was. There was a continual development towards the vision of having an integration of the old and new concepts, the old for humor and contrast, the new for showing off our technology and how unique the University's coverage of it resources is. But is was the SFX in the end that won the award, as you can see sprinkled throughout the video. After Effects is definitely my greatest asset, and I'm looking forward to using more of Smoke and other software from Autodesk in future projects.
Thanks again to all who participated.
