This is a lecture about my largest painting to date, 'Celebration of a "King's" Dream' on display at Medgar Evers College in 2013. This painting measures 9' 2" x 16' 1". I began executing this painting on June 26th, 1985 and completed it on August 28th, 1985, the 22nd anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King's "I Have A Dream" speech. This was my tribute to Dr. King.
