The Sheriff's Department is keeping casino patrons safe during the holiday season.
As part of Holiday Watch, deputies from the San Marcos Sheriff's Station and Valley Center Sheriff's Substation
conducted probation checks in Valley Center and Pala on November 20th. The four people deputies visited were
found to be in compliance with the conditions of their probation.
Throughout the holidays, deputies will be conducting extra patrols in the parking lots of four casinos (Harrah's, Valley View, Pala and Pauma) in the area to prevent car burglaries.
