Foodjob is a sound performance based on live cooking. A total immersion in the culinary tradition of a place divided on different synaestetic levels (taste, smell, tough, sight, hearing). Sounds and resonances of the food preparation are captured by microphones and mixed in realtime, by Enrico Ascoli, in an amplified electro-acoustic soundscape .
Foodjob has been performed in different country, entering into contact with many food culture and chefs.
