After 3 years from the accident that broke both my legs ... Here I am again on my feet ..fighting against gravity and pain ... to bring back the Shero I was before !!!
It was almost one hour training and I compressed it to a 5 minutes clip ...
I felt good ..that is why I wanted to show the classic old fashioned way with the black and white 88mm film style of training !!! ;-) !!!!! Just for fun ;-) ...
Otherwise the training is hard and great in the same time ... My daily training contains :
*2000 jumps on the rope ... 1000 of them are with 3kg weight on my feet.
*20km Biking a day
*180 degree split legs every day
*Some acrobatic flips
*A lot of other movements
Next time I will put some make up to look like Charlie Chaplin ;-)
