A rough cut trailer for a short documentary about Fernando Castillo, a native of Mexico, who has dedicated the last ten years of his life working with the SF AIDS/HIV community to raise awareness, promote education on prevention, and lobby for federal program support . After facing various physical hardships, the loss of close friends and family members, and receiving a positive diagnosis, he has remained invincible. Fernando serves as a true testament to the fact that you can still live a vibrant, fulfilling life and make plans for the future after you've been diagnosed with HIV.
*Please feel free to leave comments for feedback. I will be researching and shooting more footage for this documentary over the next few months and would love to hear what could make this a more compelling trailer, as well as what you would like to see or learn in the actual finished film. Also I will be using different (original) music in the piece, so please don't sue me....Thanks! (Winnie)
