The city of Utica might be the realistic version of Macondo in "One Hundred Years of Solitude" by Gabriel García Márquez. But when the city fell into poverty from being one of the richest city in the US, it's was refugees who came to save it.

But the recent anti-refugee storm is putting pressure on the city and the muslim refugee community.
