Alan Reiss, Director of World Trade Center Construction for the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, was a Supervising Engineer in 1993. He was on the B2 level of the World Trade Center at 12:18 PM on February 26 and narrowly avoided being struck by shrapnel from the bomb that exploded just 100 feet away.
