This is not a kit design, but a test I created to determine how well I had guessed on the placement of the clothing seams and cuts on the figure. The procedure had many steps. I "mapped" the mesh or grid that created the actual forms of the figure in a 3D program (Cinema 4D). After exporting this file to Photoshop and later to Illustrator, I was able to make guesses as to where the clothing seams should be. Once I referenced this file again from the 3D program, I was able to place it on the figure and then used trial and error to adjust the location of the segments (color coded for easy identification). This was a slow process, but now that it is done, I can apply the designs to the figure with confidence that they will line up correctly.
