This short workout is provided as a free taster of the full BikeFit programme. Follow Neil through an 18 minute BikeFit class with 9 sample exercises and stretches from the full programme. You may also choose to complete this shorter workout when you do not have time for a full phase workout.
Before starting: Make sure you are reasonably fit and do not have any current injuries. We recommend you consult your Doctor before you start any exercise programme.
Workout duration: 18 mins
Schedule: 2-3 times per week
Progression: ensure you can complete all the exercises with good form and control before progressing.
