For the new year I am kicking off a goal of really learning and mastering the craft of Hyper-Lapse Photography. Every wednesday I will be shooting a new sequence, editing it and uploading if the following Wednesday. I got some inspiration from some of my photography friends who are doing a photo a day project and I thought I'd do a hyperlapse a week to force myself to get creative, learn better techniques, and become a visual storyteller through this technique.
I got this idea from the song first. I listened to the music and then visualized the transitions going to them. I am not a big fan of the opening sequence but all in all I think it went well.
My time in numbers - 45 minutes to plan.
1.5 hours of shooting
9 Hours of editing.
2 Hours of learning new editing techniques.
Results - 24 seconds of video!
