As part of Liverpool International Music Festival 2015 we produced 'Routes Jukebox: The Documentary', which explores the ever-evolving Liverpool music scene since the 1940s and it's influences and connection with other music cities such as New York, Detroit, Nashville and Kingston. The documentary seeks to explore the roots and routes of the music and sounds that helped take Liverpool to the apex of the music world and features contributions by Lamont Dozier, Nelson George, Rob Stone, James Barton, Steve Levine, Rebecca Ferguson, Dean Fraser, Paul Du Noyer and many more
'Routes Jukebox: The Documentary' was directed and produced by Jernice Easthope and has been commissioned by Liverpool International Music Festival, with support by Arts Council England.
The documentary can be viewed at a variety of screenings scheduled throughout 2016.
