OCO: BOC Work On Overlay

The Oconee County Board of Commissioners met on Jan. 8, 2016, to discuss an overlay district for Mars Hill Road. This is the video of that session, held in the Grand Jury Room of the Courthouse in Watkinsville. The meeting begins with consultant Bill Ross giving an overview of the proposed district. Citizen Doug Dickens is given an opportunity to speak by BOC Chairman Davis. Dickens is joined by his son Jason and by land planner Ken Beall.
