On Leadership ... with Christien Oudshoorn

This portrait comes from a conversation I had with Christien in the fall of 2015 on a range of topics, all related to the theme of leadership. She shares her views and wisdom on leadership, the ability to slow down and the importance of people connecting to the self, the other, their communities and the unknown. Christien is working with mostly youth in poor regions in various Latin American countries to help them discover and develop their leadership potential and does so from a deep calling, feeling appreciative and grateful for the process she is experiencing. This portrait is the 6th in a serie on 21st century leaders with whom I had the privilege of having a conversation with on leadership. I'm making this serie as part of my PhD on 'The Soul of the Appreciative Leader'.
