This portrait emerged from a conversation I had with Tica in the fall of 2015 on the theme of leadership. She shares her views and wisdom on leadership, self reflection, magic and playfulness. Tica is working as managing director of VISTrainingen and also works as consultant to other organisations. She is also the author of 'Nieuwe Leiders gevonden', a book (Dutch) on 21st century leaders. This portrait is the 7th in a serie on 21st century leaders with whom I had the privilege of having a conversation with on leadership. I'm making this serie as part of my PhD on 'The Soul of the Appreciative Leader'.
