This video showcases one of the few registered Catalan libraries in the US, located in Kensington, MD, and run by the Solà-Solé family. For the last ten years Kensington has closed its streets to celebrate the Kensington Day of the Book Festival and Saint George, the patron of Catalonia.
The video was filmed in 2014 as part of a student project and again in 2015 as a gift to the Catalan community a few members of which are featured and kindly spoke on camera.
