Bridesmaids are always coaxed into their role with the promise that the dresses they buy can be worn again at a later date.
This movie is an experiment in practical, post-wedding usage of bridesmaid dresses. Unfortunately, my scorn for these gowns led me to make some poor decisions in the filmmaking process, much to the frozen discomfort of my initially spirited performers. I blame the dresses. They inspire bad ideas.
