We look at the tools available, at your fingertips, for keeping the lines of communication open. We'll start with transactional emails, those emails that provide confirmation information and receipts, and move through sending mail merge messages via Student Manager without exporting any data. We'll talk about marketing your web page and using the ACEweb features that allow students to contact you with class suggestions, recording any and all contact you have with students via the CRM module, how to use callbacks, and how to contact an individual, a class, or a group of students meeting specific criteria. Last, we'll look at emergency email messages and the new SMS option.
