Documentary film about Jaap Flier, a legendary dancer in The Netherlands and one of the founders of the Nederlands Dans Theater. At eighty-one he is still dancing.
The film deals with the remarkable choices Flier made in his career: looking for new ways of moving instead of public success. Virtuoso physical abilities evolve into a bright and simple dance language.
